Matthew E. Beuerlein, M.D. was born in Red Oak, Iowa. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he received his Bachelor's degree. His medical degree was earned at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Beuerlein was a surgical intern at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and completed his residency at The Ohio State University in 1997. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Medical Association, The Missouri State Medical Association and The Metropolitan Medical Society. Dr. Beuerlein is Board Certified and is a diplomat of The American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
