Dr. Melanie Phillips has earned her Bachelor's Degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from Ohio University, her Master's Degree in Audiology from Kent State University, and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida. She has the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Phillips holds current Audiology licensure in Missouri and Kansas and Hearing Instrument Specialist Licensure in Kansas. Before joining the staff at Northland Ear, Nose, & Throat, P.C., Dr. Phillips was a Clinical Dispensing Audiologist with Hometown Hearing and Audiology for over 10 years and with a not-for-profit, United Way affiliated community hearing and speech center in Florence, South Carolina for nearly 6 years.
